Bi-Amplification Made Practical

THX Roomcaster makes the practice of “bi-amplifying” speakers practical for mainstream systems. In a traditional wired speaker system, bi-amplification requires running two sets of speaker wires across the room to each speaker (one for the woofer and one for the tweeter). THX Roomcaster eliminates the need for all speaker wires, including these extra sets, making bi-amplification simpler and more practical for mainstream systems. Furthermore, placing the amplifiers and speaker elements inside the speaker enclosure is time- and cost-effective, enabling OEMs to optimally design the amplifier and speaker together instead of having to over-design one amplifier to drive any and all speakers.
